Best fusion of health and lifestyle

I have always loved lifting weights until I had surgery and couldn't return to my normal routines. After gaining some weight, I was ready to figure something out and came across this audiobook. The fusion of healthy eating, Pilates, and weight training intrigued me. I am absolutely loving this book and the 12-week guide. I am most fond of the alternate movements for those routines I cannot do right now. Great book, highly recommend.

Fantastic resource!

Got this for my mom during her travels abroad, as something she could put on and exercise to and guide her diet, during her travel, and it worked amazingly for her! She was able to follow-the exercises in a variety of settings, and the narrator was descriptive and easy to understand to perform the necessary exercises. The diet instruction also helped her keep her eating in check, so that the benefit of exercises could be maximized. Amazing guide!
