this audiobook was so good

I've been listening to this audiobook for a couple of days now and I've been practising its teachings I must say that I am karma I see less stressed and people around me have complimented me and my attitude change

Amazing!!!!

Way more rejuvenating than I thought it might be!

I particularly loved the instruction that K. D. Anne provides to walk-through tracking physical connections related to my memories and experiences. I noticed a lot of triggers, and felt myself able to let go and find peace as I engaged in the exercises. I’m also a huge fan of breath work, and definitely felt my heartbeat stabilize which led to significantly reduce stress. The exercises to walk through self compassion are a particular point of note for me. I’ve had a tendency to be very hard on myself and to expect a lot. I often feel that I am letting other people down, so cultivating self compassion has significantly increased my sense of love for other people because I myself feel loved and lovable. So grateful for this book, definitely recommending it to anyone I know who seems or tends to be stressed!
