Cool concept and I need it!

I didn’t even know the vagus nerve was a thing, but as I listened on my way to class, it all started to make sense. A friend recommended this audiobook to me, and I really enjoyed listening to it. It shares simple stress-relief exercises you can do anywhere, like quick breathing techniques that actually help during crunch time. What I loved most is how it teaches you to handle stress on your own—no need to reach for your phone. If stress is taking over your college life, give this a try!

I picked this up after feeling stuck in cycles of stress and restlessness, and I’m so glad I did. The guidance inside helped me understand my body’s reactions and gave me techniques that actually made a difference. Within a week, I noticed I was sleeping better and feeling more stable when challenges popped up. The sections on balancing emotional responses were especially helpful, and the exercises felt natural to practice daily. I appreciate how it encouraged me to be patient and kind to myself. This isn’t just theory; it provided real, usable steps to help me find more inner ease.
