Finally something I can stick to

I have tried pretty much every strategy out there to help with my weight. I found this audiobook and am so thankful I did. This guide is very well written and super easy to follow. The recommendations within the book are just what I was looking for. I used the daily logs to realize what I was actually eating and now when I'm eating. Great book.
