Practical Help for ADHD Struggles
As someone navigating life with ADHD, I found this book to be incredibly insightful and practical. The first section on mind mapping really opened my eyes to how my ADHD brain works, and the techniques have helped me focus and reduce anxiety. The exercises in the workbook are hands-on and have made a real difference in how I manage my time and tackle tasks. My husband is feeling better about his ADHD
I have never had ADHD, so I cannot relate to his experiences. I was hoping to help and found this 2 in 1 ADHD guide for men. I listened to the whole thing, and I really enjoyed it. The books are well written and easily absorbed. I can now say I know what he is going through and have some solutions to help him. He is done with the first book, and he is loving it. He really appreciates the guidance and the fact that I am involved. Great books.
