Extremely thorough look at ADHD
While I don't have ADHD, I live with someone who does, and my youngest son has it. So, I'm very familiar. This book covers all, and I mean All the bases when it comes to ADHD (even if you aren't a man). Does not have to be debilitating
Wow, thankyou! Finally an author has been kind enough to add a bonus list of apps one can use to ameliorate the challenges of ADHD and build a stronger framework for coping with organization-based endeavors. Jimmy Taylor has really crammed a bunch of informative stuff that you’ll want to listen to over and over in order to really rewrite your graymatter to be able to cope more easily. My favorite takeaway from this title is the segment that focuses in on mastering impulsivity–what a game changer when this is done right. This title is also full of tones of tidbit sure to educate even those new to their diagnoses, with facts such as, “men are three times more likely to be diagnosed with add but don’t seek treatment!” wild! There really are so many out there that could benefit from this.
