Help for gut issues and women's hormonal issues.

I had no idea the impact gut issues could have on overall well-being. This book has a wealth of information on gut issues and how to remedy them. It outlines the digestive system and describes the gut and brain connection. It gives solutions for resolving these issues, including proper nourishment (including herbs) for ingesting and lifestyle choices (like exercise). It also lays out the impact of gut health on your skin and immunity. Finally, the book discusses digestive health through the various stages of one's life. Real-life stories are included as examples.

The Hormones for Women book was very insightful, especially since I'm a man. Even though I am a man, I'm married and have witnessed many of the conditions outlined in this book regarding hormonal imbalance and a woman going through menopause. I believe this book is something every woman could benefit from.
