Mindblowing, A must read for everyone

I have been searching my entire life for this book. It is a must read for every single person in this world. It should be mandatory in schools. Wonderfully done. I am so grateful that a friend of mine referred me this book. Thank you God bless.

Actually helpful and to the point

If you are struggling to keep positive thoughts or positive outlook for whatever reason this is a must read/listen. I have depression and anxiety so it’s easy to slip into negative thinking traps/loops. I did not grow up hearing a lot of positive talk therefore I never learned what that sounds like or how to do it right. This book gave actionable steps with daily practice and research to back the effectiveness. Give it a try!

Eye-Opening

Very eye-opening especially when you suddenly realize that most of what we deem as real, isn’t. This, I think, goes way beyond self-talk. This book highlights humanity’s unconscious propensity to lean toward constructs. Scary stuff. It’s not likely that this was the author’s intention. In sum, this is a good resource that shoves you toward a monthly subscription. No harm in that.

Great Book

I really enjoyed how easy it was to understand the teachings of this book. Everything sat well. A must read for persons who wants to make a positive change in the right direction, starting with the man in the mirror.

WOW, Immediate Results!!

Although the author does not guarantee this, but I was able to rewire some negative self talk in some areas IMMEDIATELY!!!

Spoiler Alert, he gives us a 21 questions quiz that we can use to evaluate our self talk in a few specific areas, so we can take IMMEDIATE action!!

Easy to understand the concept of Power of Positive Thinking as opposed to Negative Thoughts
