I enjoyed this audiobook, recommended
I was provided this book free of charge for my review. I enjoyed this audiobook. While some may find it rather simple (human emotions are much more complex) than presented here, the practical aspects - tactics and the techniques of managing your emotions are quite universal and should satisfy all who enjoy this sort of audio guides.
The narration was good and the length felt right as well.
In general, I recommend this book to other readers/listeners.

Great addition to “the power of now”. Why hasn’t the PDF been fixed. Its been two years.

One of the best book I’ve read
I have confidence issues among other things and this book has truly made me feel like I’m a normal human and I’m not the only one that feels this way. It also gave me tips on how to cope with some of the things I’m going through.
