About this listen

We often struggle to let some people go, especially when they made that decision. We question the universe, we question ourselves, and we question everyone around us but we never truly get our answers. Letting someone go takes time, patience, and commitment to actively stop ourselves from relapsing and thinking about that person again. The Art of Letting Go helps you understand why, how, and when you should let someone go so you can move on and never look back.

Average, generic

Nothing much to dislike, other than the narrator’s oddly robotic, monotone voice with occasionally odd inflections.

Seems like a compilation of quotes and Pinterest screenshots from a young person who meets their partners in bars/clubs. Nothing wrong with it, but not for a mature/experienced audience.

This is helpful but for reassurance purposes only.

This is just another typical book to reassure someone they’re doing the right thing in letting go. It comes off as a book giving the reader permission to move forward in their life. The only chapter that gave any good advice was the one about writing letters you would never send…that was actually helpful. Otherwise, generic.

The different perspectives of love and letting go

I didn’t like the narrator’s voice. It didn’t drive the points home very monotone. Very great book though!!

Terrible narration

The automated voice of the self check out at the supermarket is less annoying than the narrator of this book. I’m sure it has some helpful, although trite, information; however, I couldn’t stand to listen to it long enough to get anything out of it because of the narrator.

This was an amazing listen, I have personally have a problem with holding on to people and harping over situations sometimes. Listening this help realize that its okay to let my ex go if she doesn’t want to be with me and that it is okay to be alone for sometime. To spend more time with friends, family, or even on m business to do what really makes me happy. I hope is doing great this book is really amazing.

It’s essays

Not what I expected. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t too great either. It is less about how to let go and not about relating to people as they recognize they needed to let go.
