Wow great

I think the author did an excellent job of summarizing the best points of a lot of the other longer books that are out there on this topic. Then he gives clear steps to implementing actionable techniques that he has used himself and describes their effectiveness in his life, which is encouraging.

This book was easy to understand

This book was easy to understand- the author quickly got my attention & succinctly gave ideas that are plausible. There are simple exercises & a good synopsis at the end of each chapter. It is written in a positive, encouraging manner & worth the time it takes to listen to it.

This book is different

This book is different. It's almost purely based on practical, actionable tips you can start right now. There are lots of practical tips throughout the book, and they're combined in the helpful action guide as well to reference quickly. There are 15 (!) one-time actions you can take now to reduce procrastination, as well as habits to build and emergency techniques to use.

Best

The book provides many step-by-step tools that can be used to counteract the thought processes that contribute to procrastination. Procrastination is a learned habit and in the past 5 years, I have gotten very good at it. When the author described the thoughts he had when he procrastinated they were mine exactly. He has been there, obviously.

I highly recommend it!

I decided to listen to this book after it showed up on one of my electronic book sites and it had a very good rating. It is awesome and makes sense to me. It is down-to-earth written in an easy-to-understand way and very easy to implement in my life without a big change to make abruptly in my everyday life. I highly recommend it!
