Sensible approach even for a GLP-1 skeptic
Ryan T. Scott provides a sound approach to healthier eating, exercise, and living that provides a great mindset shift from seeing certain foods as bad to seeing healthy eating as an enjoyable way of life. I have to admit that I hate to see people rely on medication if it is not necessary; however, as someone with a very slow metabolism, and a family history of diabetes, I know that some people will not be able to achieve lifelong health without medical help. This audio-book shares a sensible approach that works.
