If you want to REALLY feel great as a woman!

The book, "Gut Health for Women" is necessary! Often, people may not realize that women's bodies are different from men, especially in the way we may need to eat as we go through different stages in our lives.
I know first hand that when my gut is feeling great, I am feeling even better!
The author does an excellent job laying out the steps to take for a healthy inside body, and explains it for anyone to understand. She even includes recipes!
It goes into detail about our habits and ways to avoid certain issues.
If you want a solid roadmap to living and feeling fantastic, I recommend this book.

Love healing my health from the inside out

I loved the subtitle of this book of learning how to heal from the inside out. We have increasingly heard that gut health is really important and what we do with our gut has a tremendous impact on our overall health. I am getting older and need to start caring about my health as I want to go into my golden years, have my health under control, and possibly reverse some problems that I could encounter if I don't disrupt my habits now. The author educates us about gut health, what pieces of the gut are important and why, what the gut does for us, and more. I did not realize that there should be certain foods that I should be feeding my gut so that it can process food better and keep my overall health away from risks such as obesity and heart disease. I also had no idea that the gut-brain axis shows how gut health affects mood and mental health, linked to conditions like anxiety and depression.
