Love the all in one
I am someone who is searching for some inner peace and wants to live a healthier life. It seems so overwhelming to see all the different ways you can live a more natural and healthy life and what things will help you vs. what doesn't add much value. This book has shown me several simple steps to improve my life. I have recently started getting into aromatherapy, but the author shared more tips I will now incorporate. Learning about Ayurveda was a new term for me. Learning about it has been really interesting and I think I want to pursue going down that route as I want a more holistic approach to health that balances the body, mind and spirit with natural remedies and lifestyle interventions. I am blown away by this book and everything it has to offer. I cannot wait to start implementing these things into my life. I want to show my kids that taking care of and taking care of you more naturally is important.
