Expertly written, powerful tools

This book is so well done. As I went through the exercises, I felt years of stress and trauma being released. As a highly sensitive person, I enjoyed the chapter on Body Scanning. I am often unaware of where the stress is coming from, but this helped me learn how to identify where I could start by focusing on my body. I appreciate the step-by-step instructions and plan to incorporate the practices throughout my day. The book is comprehensive and compassionate, and I enjoyed the focus on listening to yourself rather than telling you what to do. I recommend this book to anyone interested in healing emotional blocks.

Good read great information

I would recommend this to anyone that is struggling with past trauma and really want to do the work in order to live a life without emotional baggage. The book along with the pdf guide gives very practical suggestions for connecting your mind body and spirit. For anyone that has trauma in there lives or are looking for a more holistic means of dealing with the trauma of the past this book is a great guide.
