Expertly written, powerful tools

This book is so well done. As I went through the exercises, I felt years of stress and trauma being released. As a highly sensitive person, I enjoyed the chapter on Body Scanning. I am often unaware of where the stress is coming from, but this helped me learn how to identify where I could start by focusing on my body. Feel empowered to move forward and enjoy your life

What I loved most about this book was the focus on self-discovery. The author helps you develop a relationship with your emotions and understand how your body is responding to them. There were a lot of places in this book that were eye-opening for me. It helped me realize the root cause of some problems I've been having. And it's not about erasing your past but learning to live with it in a healthier way. This book dives into the mind-body connection and how trauma can get stored in the body. And then it gives you tools to release that trauma and cultivate inner peace. Some of these journal prompts were especially helpful for me.

Good read great information

I would recommend this to anyone that is struggling with past trauma and really want to do the work in order to live a life without emotional baggage. The book along with the pdf guide gives very practical suggestions for connecting your mind body and spirit.
