My therapist and I spent the entire hour talking about the different techniques and how they would help me. She’s as excited about starting this path as I am.
Even if you don’t know if you have ADHD listen to this book and pay close attention to what the signs and symptoms for women are. I had no idea they were different for men. Highly recommended.

This Book Changed The Way I Think
I got this book because i’ve recently been diagnosed adhd, and didn’t know how to start taking back my life. After listening to this, I feel like I understand myself on a much deeper level. I know what I need now to be happy and successful. I highly recommend!!

Great tips for the woman with adult onset ADHD
I decided to listen to this on Audible as one of my first audio books and could not be more pleased. This book was narrated well and clear and was presented clarity and empathy. I am nearly finished with it and have a whole new set of tools to aid me in my journey with coping with this. It was well written and well read. Thank you.
