It’s decent if you can tolerate the narration…

Decent advice…. Nothing earth shattering or new if you’ve read these types of books before - but some good tidbits throughout. I think it would greatly benefit from a professional voiceover artist. Seemed that Brandon had a hard out or an event he was rushing to get to… bc man… that was a super rushed read. Wouldn’t be surprised if it were AI either based on pronunciation of a few words in there.

Brandon gets to the point quickly & lays out some great strategies. He has a great business blueprint for success!

interesting but not life changing

some good points but mostly a life story and a sales pitch for Cardone ventures or 10x. a good sales pitch as I am curious and may consider it. there just were not enough true nuggets of information. I was expecting more deep dives into the HOW rather than the WHAT. I still feel like this was too surface level and a big waste of time. the points made could be covered in a 10 min YouTube video.

No fluff

Brandon knows the exact elements it takes to start, develop, and exit a business successfully because he’s don’t it. Unlike many so called “gurus”

It was ok

Just listen to Grant Cardone. It’s basically the same style and content. The performance is read so fast I had to slow it down, I usually listen at 1.5 and it was way too fast.

Be Do Have

If you’re going to be successful, you need a roadmap to get there. If you’re working on getting there you’ve probably hit some detours, got a flat, been in a wreck, it’s time to get a tow. Call for help! You can’t get to successful alone. This book has CRAZY GOOD VALUE to get you started, get you on track, back on track and over the hump if you’re almost there. ALSO - get the workbook!! Here’s to your 10X journey!

Great and practical book.

I learned so much with this book that I started implementing 3 of the things: setting the Vision, Mission, values and goals for my business for 2024, workings in the corporate culture and recruitment.

The world is sending you messages

This book can more than pay for itself (and probably your annual income) if you take even a few of the many offerings provided by Brandon. Very inspiring and, speaking only for myself, quite energy- and passion-inducing. I am fascinated with the potential and action on that potential that brought about what Brandon is here to offer to us.

The speed at which he talks was a bit unsettling at first but I resolved to move along with the content as it was spoken and be open to grabbing hold of what I really felt moved by.

I certainly recommend the book to those looking for information (and energy) on strategies, tactics, and passion for scaling their business. As Brandon states in chapter 6 (I believe) "I am a person of faith who believes the world is sending you all sorts of messages if you're paying attention."

One thing that really sticks with me is when he talks about intention. Be intentional always and your decisions will begin to match the life you really want; which to me implies less distractions and more staying in course.

Lastly, although a lot of what he shares in regard to methods, strategies, etc. overlaps/matches what a lot of other leaders today share in their books and seminars (which means it obviously works when applied), there's something new in Brandon and Grant's work; something fresh that I seem to be pulled toward.

Be the leader you want to hire

This audio was a good reminder that true leaders are not exempt from evaluation. Evan better the best leaders are consistently evaluating themselves to improve. I enjoyed the authors approach towards this growth mindset and fell led to lead more by example in my own business.
