Helpful and Insightful!
I really enjoyed listening to Ian’s Mindfulness Techniques.
I found it helpful as I am currently searching on how to be more mindful, while experiencing some “trauma” in my life.
Ian’s techniques were realistic and easily relatable.
Some things I think we may have all known at some point but have forgotten about, or maybe just never believed-but- listening to his techniques and explanations made the ideas clear and understandable.
I listened as I practiced yoga and I actually feel as though I have been meditating all morning.

Definitely recommend it.
I was pleased with this book. It is perfect for beginning meditators, but also gives some great meditation practices for anyone who wants to add more mindfulness and presence into their daily lives.

Piratical tips.
Absolutely love the book. I heard it several times repeatedly and therefore the analogies are the right . I keep it open as reference and hear chapters as required . many thanks for this book.
