Life and mindset transforming!

How to & inspiration for Intermittent Fasting
Gin Stephens is the author and reader of this “easy read” for why intermittent fasting (IF) works and how to make it successful. She discusses all the variations, including One Meal a Day (OMAD) and various eating windows. One of my favorite parts was the success stories at the end. I learned from this book and enjoyed listening to this author share her success. She has a very down to earth style of writing and speaking.
