Life changing

The information in the book has been life changing for me. Never has anyone explained how food gets processed in my body, and what the consequences so clearly. It’s not so hard to make the right decisions when you understand what will and will not happen inside your body. I’m very grateful the author put this together.

The Best Health and Wellness Book Available

I read a lot of books in the health and wellness space and this is hands down the best one I’ve read in a while. I’m already implementing some of the simple strategies to flatten my glucose levels. The science behind it is fascinating!

informative and enlightening

I enjoyed listening to this audiobook! I appreciate firsthand experiences and details. the author Jesse is very clear and provides easy to understand examples. I'm telling everyone I know about this book. I am starting to follow some of the tips and hacks to see how I'm able to better manage my a1c. this is a book for everyone to learn how to curb pesky disorders and irritations that are result of glucose spikes. I'm going to order the book in print form so I can highlight and reread some of the sections.

As much as I know I still learned more

I loved it! I usually don't like Audio books but this was a must for me & it was great & a must have my .obgyn recommended it & im so grateful I highly recommend as well
