This is exactly what it claims to be on the cover. The narrator does a very good job and is nice to listen to. It is organized and well structured. Thoughtfully put together. My rating for ‘story’ kinda doesn’t apply since this is not a story at all, but I took it to mean does it flow in an easy to listen to path. Just so you know I recieved a free advanced review copy of this book so that I could listen and leave you all this review.

I love how practical and easy this audiobook is to use. Whenever I feel stressed, I can find an appropriate reflection and pause for a few minutes to remember how blessed I am. These reflections are based on biblical teachings; what more could one ask for?
The various sections focus on family, friends, spouses, careers, finances, etc. They are short and to the point, focusing on the most important aspects of daily life. I recommend this book to anyone who could use a solid positive focus for the day. In addition, if you are looking to strengthen your faith or boost your self-confidence, this book is a must-have! I noticed an improvement in my attitude since listening to these affirmations.
