K this was pretty great

I liked the chapter where t’s all about setting up a strict plan where you both stick to your own lanes. Want to avoid pointless arguments about who gets the kids on Christmas? There’s a plan for that. Need to minimize awkward face-to-face exchanges? You got it—school drop-offs are your new best friend. It’s full of practical tips

Finding the Strength to Not Fall for the Trap

Being with a manipulative partner can be an exhausting and confusing relationship and then to throw kids into the mix can be downright scary. This book was a perfect breakdown for me in that it started at the beginning in recognizing the signs of an abusive relationship to knowing my rights and protecting the best interests of my children.

How do we approach someone who can not see themselves for who they really are? I know that toxic people are everywhere but when you're in a relationship or coparenting with someone who is in denial about their flaws, you're in a tricky situation, especially when it comes to fighting for your kids. This book breaks it down into a less daunting process, leading us through our rights, teaching us how to speak up for ourselves and our children and communicating effectively through the hardest of situations.
