Digestive Issues Solved

I have had many digestive issues over the years, primarily because of a gene our family carries. On most days, I am okay, but once I throw it out of wack, it takes a while to get back on track, and I never know why or when this will happen. My family has the CF gene, which causes the production of lesser amounts of enzymes to digest your food, causing imbalances in the system. This book made it easy to follow the steps, and I found comfort in the connection the author had with the experience of those dealing with similar issues. It is unique how the book shows the connections the gut has with the whole body and how it plays off the other systems and organs. The body is truly an amazing gift God has created.

I learned a LOT

I have always had trouble with my digestion, and I really didn't know much about the new ways scientists and dieticians look at the topic nowadays. So, this was a really excellent update on the science I learned in high school. Easy to follow. Gave a lot of excellent advice. This audiobook will be a giant help to me on my health journey.
