Feeling more centered
Anxiety is no joke and I wanted to get a handle on it without medications, at least not yet. I found this guided meditation audiobook to help me, and I am loving it. The stress is now way down following this book. I am now writing in my journal daily and sleep is so much better. Much Needed Calming Solution
