Loved the Duel Narration
This was such a delicious romantasy. I devoured this book up in a day, November is too long to wait for The Hunted Heir. What a wickedly fun book this was; it follows the FMC who is hiding her identity to get away from her father. She ends up getting captured and conscripted into the ranks of the rebels battling against her evil father and his kingdom. The banner between Dacre and Nyra/Verena was so good, love a dirty mouth MMC.

Perfect duet narration!
I’m so glad that I waited for the audiobook because the duet narration on this was fantastic! Casted perfectly and really helped to put me in the story!

Love to hate him
Phew what a quick, great listen! The narrators were GREAT! Nothing was distracting about their performances and I LOVE getting to hear the male and female narrators interact. I liked that the story gave me complicated feelings toward the MMC. Do I like him for her? Not all the time, so I can't wait for the next book for him to hopefully grow even more on me.

duet!
the duet narration was amazing. it's a very fast paced and honestly too short romantasy. I need book 2 now, but that one is even shorter 🙄

The tension is real
Overall a solid story, the tension and spice is there for sure. Didn’t love the voice actress for Nyra or else would be a 5 star review!

Loved it
Fast paced. Not much world building. Good spicy scenes. I felt like the book wasn’t long enough, it was so fast paced but still not enough. I finished it in a day.

Enemies to Lovers is Amazing
I really loved how much this drew me in! It was fast-paced, intense, a bit mysterious, a little dark, & spicy! I also love when the enemies to lovers trope is a true enemies to lovers and this did not disappoint! I’m excited to read The Hunted Heir!

DUET NARRATION PERFECTION!
OMG. I’m so glad I waited until the audio released. HOLY SHIT!
Told in duet style, both narrators were incredible and the MMC sounded so much like Teddy Hamilton that I forgot it wasn’t him a few times. SO WORTH THE CREDIT!
