Do not skip this audio

I will preface this review by saying I am NOT an audiobooks lover. No matter how much I love the story, I just tend to find something missing. That being said, I could not get enough of this audiobook. The narrators were perfection. Hearing my favorite lines being recited just did something happy to my soul. 10/10 would recommend!

Unique and Original

Wow!! Really enjoyed Hollow Heathens. I loved the mystery of the story and absolutely love Julian and Fallon!!

This Story was interesting and the narration was spectacular!

Just didn’t hold my attention

Set it down several times. Characters are flat and predictable. The ending was lackluster and the time jumps to the past were a nuisance.

Oh my heart! What a beautiful love! Beautifully written, characters were amazing! Male narrator wasn’t great, he sounded almost robotic. Female narrator was perfect! The handful of spicy scenes were not too explicit. One thing that bothered me about the FMC is that she wouldn’t speak up, like girl, say something! Overall, loved the book, will listen to the next one in the series.

Might be a better story if actually read

I couldn't really get into the story. Normally I'm easy to please but the male narrator was really hard to listen to. And although the female narrator was better, at times she was too much.

::sigh:: I wanted to like this but I've ended to story wondering what happened.

I'm so glad I read this book

Nicole has a way of gripping your heart. This story was a wild ride and a perfect October read. These characters will stay with me for a while. I bet this becomes a reoccurring read for me. I'll definitely be recommending it to my fellow readers. Fallon and Julian's story was beautiful and timeless. I loved every minute of it.

Forbidden Love, Curses, and Finding Self

I loved this book and immediately went to look for book 2. It looks like it'll be released later this year.

I loved the voices used for this. The male voice was a bit distracting but I became used to it after a while and no longer noticed it. I would highly recommend the audiobook. The voices made it so enjoyable.

I loved the story a lot. The curse, the powers, the identity crisis, all of it. There was great character and world building and the story was easy for me to envision. The forbidden love and slow burn made it all the better for me.

My heat rating is based on the amount of occurence, length of scene, and how filthy/unconventional. This rates about a 2/5. There were only a couple if scenes and while being explicit they were not lengthy and conventional.

Amazing narrators!!! Loved this book even more in audio!!! Oh my Julian and Fallon heart!

Beautiful and captivating

I had previously read Hollow Heathens and was completely obsessed with Julian. Oh and Fallon as well 😉. Once I knew the audiobook was being released I just knew I had to experience it all over again.

Let me tell you both narrators brought these characters to life. I can not express how well they conveyed the emotions of this story. Will be listening to it again.
