Compact and actionable EFT guide for beginners
This is a very compact and actionable EFT guide for beginners that goes straight to teaching the basics of EFT. You can literally start learning EFT in the morning and there is a chance you might've resolved annoying and reasonably emotionally tense problem you had by the afternoon the same day. It's not a promise, but it is a not so far fetched and educated guess from expereince.
I know I don't jump from seeing a spider anymore. I used to, as I had learned this from my mom.
This book includes not only good explanations of what to do, but also examples and steps on how to do it. I really enjoy the examples of how other people's problem were made into EFT aplicable sentences and resolved. I learn really well from concrete examples that later are turned into steps or steps that are then shown in played out in real or imagined example scenarios. This one has that as well.
Included with the audiobook in the library is a very short but absolutely necessary 30-something-page PDF manual. It serves as a visual guide for the things the audiobook can't show, like specific points and areas of the body where tapping is done on etc. If you're like me, you might also watch a youtube video on the points. If you have really sensitive skin, here's my advice - learn to slowly put the finger on the point and then slightly press into the point in a down brushing motion. I started tapping like a madman (or a woodpecker) at first and ended up with visibly dark circles under eyes.
And for those that seek immediate help and think that this EFT thing is your last chance at getting the life you want, just know that it is far from the truth. Because, speaking from my personal experience, this might actually be your very first chance at the life you want. I know I was really ennoyed and exhausted, before I found Tessa's books. While my life is not evne close to how I want it, I am getting there.

You’ll benefit from this book!
This book gives very helpful information on how and why to use EFT tapping to improve your life and resolve difficult issues. I particularly liked the detailed advice about what to do if tapping didn’t seem to work. This is very important for anyone new to tapping to know.
The case examples are interesting and help reinforce the points in the manual. Please give this book and tapping a try!
