BOOK IS AWESOME, BUT AUDIBLE MISTAKE IS...

Where are the narration of the guided meditations?
We buy a audio to have ALL THE BOOK in audio.
The most important parts, the exercises, were not narrated.
The appendixes are part of the book, for god sake. Why did you not narrate them?

Helpful

A friend recommended this book to me and I’m so glad I read it! It’s insightful on how we do have control Over our thoughts. I recommend it to anyone on a self discovery journey or just trying to be a better human. The only thing I wish was different is if I could see all the diagrams he refers to as he’s reading.

Great Gateway to Improve Your Life

I’d seen lots of his YT videos but this is the first book of his day d been exposed to. Very good explanations on Law or Attract without calling it that. I can’t wait to put the ideas into practice.

Want real change?! New personality = NEW reality!!

One of the BEST books I have ever listened to or read!! started some of the meditations while listening... have not been fully hands on, yet! mostly listening while I drive and/or work. one of the 1st times ever, I can share about conciously being aware of my TAF, aka Thoughts-Feelings-Actions. Playing again as soon as complete with this testimonial/review. WOW is all I can say. Intentionally creating! EVERYTHING is based on results. EXCITED to see who I will BEcome in the next 30 days!! Life changing

This book perfectly describes how to find real, authentic joy and your true identity through step by step processes and scientific evidence. It’s not just another self help book that leaves you with questions of not knowing where to start. It encourages you to start actually improving and implementing the many topics he touches on. This book is one of the best I’ve read.

I feel better prepared

this book has definitely been helpful to me this year, 2020. I do recommend it even if you can only read 15 minutes at a time or listen to 15 minutes at a time. do it!

It's all here

Like so many historical masters, Dr D gives his well thought out approach to surrendering in the present moment. Read the book and do the daily work. It's that simple (and hard). I've been doing it for five months now and I've never been so excited to wake up each day.
