In Season Two of Powder River, Britt MacMasters has once again put on the badge of United States Marshal and returns to Clearmont, Wyoming after several months away on the trail with his son Chad. There he finds a new Sheriff in town - who doesn't like the idea of a U.S. Marshal living in his jurisdiction but soon calls on the famed Marshal for help when the Sioux attack a stagecoach. A season highlight is a three part episode where General George Custer recruits Chad to scout for him as he heads toward the Little Big Horn, causing Britt to follow in pursuit.

Season 7, Vol. 2, contains the final six episodes from Colonial's long running western series' seventh season. Powder River is a full-cast audio drama written and directed by Jerry Robbins.

In Season 12, Vol. 2, big changes come to Clearmont as Millie sells her beloved hotel to none other than Octavia Hudson, while Esther shocks the ladies and upsets the men as she becomes the new owner of the saloon, and quickly finds trouble when she hires a famous French singer to give a concert on the Golden Nugget stage. Meanwhile, Britt must try to keep Andrew Hudson from the gallows in Boston, while Dawes is faced with the loss of Cheyenne, who decides to leave Clearmont.

Power River concludes its 11th season as the evidence in a murder is stacked against Mrs. Hudson. Marshal MacMasters, Doc, and Sheriff Dawes enter "The Valley of No Return" in search of a missing wagon train, and while Cheynne and Laurel make life plans, a life-changing event falls upon Doc and Millie.

In Season 13, Doc wonders if he is too far behind the times when "The New Doctor" arrives in Clearmont. Esther has a strange visitor at the saloon in "Wade Cody", while Dawes decides it's time to ask Erica to marry him in "A Faded Rose". Colonial's long running western series opens with the three part episode, "The Cattle on a Thousand Hills". In part 1, Britt, Dawes, Doc, Matt and Brad begin the cattle drive from Oklahoma to Clearmont, with the rustlers waiting for the right time to strike. In part 2, Cabot Warren, owner of the Ten Star Ranch, devises a plan to have the Creek Indians attack the cattle drive.

Powder River rolls into its 11th season with an epic two-part adventure called "The Man from Isandlwana", in which a British officer arrives in Clearmont haunted by a terrifying past. Jerry Robbins stars as Jerry Davenport, a motion picture screenwriter who has left Hollywood for the quiet serenity of the craggy shores of the east coast. That serenity is soon shattered with the arrival of his three nephews, played by Rob Cattell, Connor Doherty, and Ricky MacDonald.

The adventures of Captain Taylor; his son, Adam; Mohawk scout Dagadawidah; and Captain Campbell of the 42nd Highlanders continue at Fort Ticonderoga during the French and Indian War in this full-cast action and adventure audio drama by the award-winning Colonial Radio Theatre.

In "Dan's Mountain", Britt and Chad arrive at Dan MacMasters' home in Rancho de la Nación to settle the estate, only to find a local businessman has already claimed it in the two years since the Marshal's death.

Ichabod Crane, a lanky, lean, superstitious school master, arrives to teach the children of Sleepy Hollow. As he vies for the attention of the lovely Katrina Van Tassel, his rival for her attention is the town rowdy, Brom Bones. Brom tries to scare Ichabod away with local superstitions and ghost tales. And soon enough the ill-fated schoolmaster encounters a terrifying legend come to life: the Headless Horseman of Sleepy Hollow.

Two women and their children arrive in Clearmont in route to California. Mrs. Chambers is looking to reunite with her husband who has been off mining for gold, while Mrs. Larson is a recent widow whose husband died of a snake bite along the trail. The women are determined to press onward despite the onset of winter.
