What the F?
Great story. But why did the writer feel the need to drop the F bomb every other page? It seemed totally out of place and unnecessary for the majority of the characters to be saying it and felt forced and just there for attention. And the reader felt the need to emphasize it as well. Would have been much better without that included so much.

Heartfelt and funny
The audio was off at times. But the story was great. Wish I would have had the physical book for this one. 5/5 on the book/story

Thought-provoking, insightful
Do any of us ever understand who we really are? Who were you in the global shutdown? Did you flourish and get stuff completed? Did you curl up in the blanket on the couch and watch the news 24/7? It’s amazing how differently we all reacted…and this story truly brings a long bout of depression to the light. Why are most of us scared to tell the people closest to us how we really feel?

Dark and Funny
The start of the story was depressing but it becomes really interesting once Phoebe is at the venue with the wedding people. It was emotional and funny.

Dark humor
The writing was excellent, and the pacing kept me engaged. The dark humor made it unique, and the unlikely relationship between Phoebe and Lila added depth and laughs. Overall, it's a fantastic read that I highly recommend!

An outrageous wedding.
Phoebe not only changes but has an impact on the wedding people. It took a while to get into but then was a good read.

Present tense
I enjoyed the book. The current tense the author writes. Make me wonder what could happen next .
