to the point

If you don't have time to waste, choose this book. It will definitely get you started in the right direction. I love the daily exercises that put the things you just learned immediately into practice without too much effort and time. Lovely narrator.

I got several nuggets of steps and thoughts I should keep in the front of my mind. Write the steps down and then you can review them quickly for a focused day.

This book introduced the idea of self love to me

Okay, I'm on a self-love binge and this was the book that started it. I have very high expectations of myself and I'm my biggest critic. It was only after I read this book that the thought occurred to me that I'm being harsh on myself. While it's easy for me to forgive others' transgressions, when it comes to myself, not so much. This book introduced the idea of self love to me. This book is a gem. Give it a try.
