Story
Kidnappers grabbed Jenna in broad daylight, right in front of her children and their horrified classmates. Her family was issued an insane ransom demand: $25 million in cash and jewels, payable by the end of the school day, otherwise they’ll never see her again. As Jenna’s mother scrambles to gather the money, detectives Mo Butler and George Ortega follow the trail of the kidnappers, which will lead them through a sordid landscape of jealous lovers, broken dreamers, and twisted schemers. Empowering Teens with Financial Knowledge
I picked up this book to help my younger cousin get a head start on managing money, and it exceeded my expectations. It breaks down important financial concepts like budgeting, saving, and even starting a side business in a way that’s easy to understand, especially for teens who are just starting out. The workbook and journal are a huge plus—they make it really practical and engaging. It’s not just about learning theory, but actually putting things into practice. Highly recommend it for any teen looking to build smart financial habits early!

Solid Advice
Talking to your kids about financial responsibility and how to manage their money can be challenging. I'm very good at budgeting but I need help with investing so this was helpful in showing me how to discuss this with my son. And it's approached in a way that will keep teens interested and engaged. Understanding money management is an important life skill and this book does a great job teaching these skills and strategies. I highly recommend.

What I really appreciated was the interactive part that gets teens setting real goals and tracking their progress. It’s a hands-on guide that makes learning about money actually fun and practical.
If you're looking for something to help teens build smart financial habits early, this is definitely worth checking out. Perfect for anyone wanting to get ahead with managing money! Even I learned a few things from it.

Excellent resource for teens!
Learning how money works at a young age is very important. I feel like it is something we were taught generations ago but not any more. Listening to this book along with the PDF I have learn so many things myself. I cannot wait to get my kids involved and come up with long and short term goals together.

A solid financial educator
Christine R. Scott has collected together two separate titles that go hand in hand like bread and butter: a financial mindset and educational release, and a title to supplement it with journaling and a workbook style format. This is such a fantastic idea to have newbies to finance really get to grips with how money, saving, investing, budgeting, and the like work without getting into the murky depths of technical analysis or sleep-inducing statistics. NOPE! All helpful and and no nonsense guidance here. The title comes with an accompanying ebook in the app, however, I would really recommend the workbook segment in physical form or an actual journal so that listeners can jot down what they learned and fill out the education-building golden nuggets scattered throughout the chapters. It’s exciting to think that a little education now can compound (no pun intended) into monetary freedom down the line. A perfect gift equipping young listeners with actual skills they will need down the line (that I think should be a mandatory class in our education system).

Informative!
An excellent resource for teens eager to develop essential financial skills. Covering saving, spending, budgeting, and investing, the book simplifies complex concepts and provides practical advice for managing money responsibly.
It also includes guidance on starting a business, making it ideal for entrepreneurial-minded teens. The added success journal and workbook help reinforce lessons through hands-on activities, making learning both engaging and effective. Whether preparing for financial independence or exploring business ideas, this book is a valuable tool for teens looking to build a strong financial future.

Very helpful with my Kids!!!!
I have been trying to get my kids to understand some of the basic principles of money and budgeting, but it has not worked. This is the solution!!! I love the way there is an audiobook that breaks down and explains financial concepts, and then the success journal and workbook allow my kids to experience and apply these strategies in a very relatable way. My kids actually are listening to it and engaging with it- this is wonderful!
