This book is therapy!

This book in some ways rivaled therapy for me. The author did an amazing job of going through different types of relationship trauma and explaining how to process it and work through healing from it. Additionally this book highlights how to navigate future and current relationships in a healthy way providing practical do’s and don’s that are super easy to implement. I’m really impressed with this book. There’s a lot of content that you can use, you just have to commit to the process. It’s not always easy but with this book as a guide, you really can do it.
