Love it
This book offers information on how to manage your overthinking and anxiety without taking medicine. All of the natural hacks the author shares in his book are incredibly beneficial and helpful, practically anyone may use them to improve themselves. I wish I had known this years before. Very helpful parts on meditation are also included. A fantastic resource for learning how to manage your anxiety is this book. I heartily endorse it.

This is a book for anyone suffering from Anxiety or overthinking. It has information to help you identify what is happening in your thoughts so you can combat them. You will get strategies that seem like they will work. A great resource
I really enjoyed the different strategies to calm down, think clearer, and feel happier. It helped me realize how self-destructive thoughts were causing my anxiety and how positive self-talk can make a difference. The Gratitude Practice also made me see the positives in everyday life. When The Tough Times Come...
Each and everyone one of us has days that really suck. I mean, really, really suck. I wish I had had this book years ago when my dad died. I was just finishing up Navy boot camp when I was called to the Chaplin's office and given the bad news immediately. As you can imagine, it was quite a shock. You go through the stages of grief: shock, denial, anger (I skipped bargaining and testing), and then, finally, depression. I had to "man up" as I had family to return to and set an example. It took time, but I accepted it, of course. This book will provide you with methods and many other mental tools to help when the horrible days come along (and they will). Do yourself a favor and learn what this book has to teach you. Your future self will thank you.
