Turn struggle into strength

As this book points out, there is a common habit to move on from trauma by pretending that it doesn't exist. But this only leads to prolonged issues that are never actually resolved. I wanted one of my best friends to listen to this, since she's been struggling for some time, and she can't stop taking about it. Acknowledgment of her trauma and beginning to realize how amazing and powerful she is for still being her is really giving her an awesome confidence boost. This book makes a wonderful gift for anyone you know who has been struggling
