Love the book. It makes sense. It shows you how you can enjoy food and not feel like you are dieting and lose weight. It also addresses how to handle the emotional aspects of eating. Having yo-yo dieted and spent thousands of dollars on weight loss/coaches, I finally feel that I have found a truly credible source.

I love how Dr. Ubell so nicely incorporates her personal weight struggles as a busy pediatrician with those of her many physician clients. She also includes the science and medical research that supports her approach to weight loss coaching.

Her work is groundbreaking in show the difficulties encountered by physicians tasked with advising others how to lose weight while struggling with that very issue. A must read for anyone wanting strategy to lose weight for the last time

I love Dr Ubell’s podcasts. The book is an amazing step by step synopsis of how to put her methods to use. This gives a solid starting place. I will continue to listen to the podcasts, but don’t feel as rushed now
