Must read for improving communication skills
Excellent book. Some of the concepts are too complicated but even if you adopt the 50% of the tools mentioned in the book you’ll see a great deal of improvement in your communication skills. Some are simple but important eg: make sure you’re not too tired for social interactions and maintain good health/fitness.
