Uplifting and encouraging read

Timely book, especially as many people are healing from the physical and emotional effects of the pandemic. Small and simple steps that lead us to creating greater happiness and joy in our lives. Highly recommend book to everyone!

good tips, could be more in depth

this book has a lot of great tips and describes habits you can change to improve happiness. I also enjoyed the case studies he brought in at the end of chapters to show how that particular change helped a real person.

I was a little disappointed in the lack of depth though. I felt the majority of information I have already read or listened to in Atomic Habits as well as Jay Shetty podcasts.

I do believe this is still worth reading/listening to. He gives some great tools to help strengthen the relationship with yourself and lead you to a happier self.

Dr. Rangan Chatterjee's warm and compassionate demeanor with his emphasis on the whole person, including life experiences past and present, rwpresents a refreshing and insightful approach to healing so many of the conditions that are epidemic in contemporary culture and society. This perspect8ve is eye opening and offers hope for increased health and wellbeing without increasing medical interventions or pharmaceuticals. this book is well worth your time and will improve your life!

Fantastic Listen

Listened to this every morning to start my day and became fascinated by the book. Dr Chatterjee highlights how health for us is beyond just eating right and exercising, but also being social, and valuing yourself before others. Made me realize plenty of things not only about myself but also think of others and gave me some fruit to give elsewhere and ideas to benefit my friends and family as well!!

Highly recommend it!!
