This is an excellent book. Dr. Chatterjee outlines ways to make huge changes in your life, one tiny bit at a time. the changes are simple but powerful.

I liked this book for being not only theoretical, but shoving a lots of tips how to start. It also gives you the choice about your preferences what to do. It explaines theory clearly, in the interesting way and explains what is going on and why. Narrator's voice is realy joyfull and comfortable to listen.

Really enjoyed this book. Very easy to understand and listen to. Had simple and effective solutions that are easy to apply. Really enjoyed the scientific information helping to describe some of the problems that occur and how benign external things impact our daily stress level. Very useful book.

I listened to this book and loved the practical, easy solutions. I found it to be so helpful that I plan to re-listen soon. Dr. Chatterjee is very knowledgeable and down to earth. His relatability is what makes The Stress Solution a book that I will reference for years!

I will have to buy this book. There were so many times when I felt he knew me. The chapter on touch was extraordinary. I come from a family that does not hug or touch. I'm also the black sheep. I kept thinking Doctor Chatterjee knew my life story and was talking directly to me. I have to pay for a massage therapist to get what I need. And now I know touch is a necessity not an option for a physically and mentally well person. There is so much more in the book. This is the one to read/listen to. And it is now one of my top five favorite books. He is brilliant.
