Informative for some but not all

Maybe it's me, but most of these debunked myths I already knew. I'm a night owl and always reading about ways to wake up earlier or have a restful nights sleep without my brain consistently going.

Pretty basic

This was a pretty basic depiction of some of the rules of sleep. Probably no big insights if you have read about these issues before.

short & to the point

This is fine as far as it goes. I am disappointed the 15 to 20 min. power nap was not mentioned.

myth buster

the myth busters were educational and helpful in determining the best time to nap over the weekend. I'm at work during the ideal nap time 5 days a week.

Very Useful Information

Informative and helpful all useful information and easy to understand. Usually you end up getting stuck with overly technical language, this article was very straightforward.

Now, I just need to get my Dad to listen to this!

At last! A definitive answer to the question (and the source of many arguments over the years)
What exactly IS a “good night’s sleep”?

I have always been a night owl. Even as a small child I had a horrible time trying to settle down and go to sleep. My mind used the time between bedtime and when I actually fell asleep to rehash my entire day (sometimes my mind would wander through things that had happened as far back as I could remember), my parents could not understand what was keeping me awake. But it was beyond my control … I would be awake hours after everyone else in my family was fast asleep.

I’m older now but my sleep pattern hasn’t changed much as far as getting to sleep, but now I also wake up after 2 to 3 hours and I have a hard time going back to sleep. Which makes the start of the next day difficult.

But I feel better now. I don’t need to be quite as concerned about my lack of hours of peaceful slumber.

Bazinga

I learned something and I enjoyed this quick short listen on sleep myths. Narration was good.

Disclaimer: My enjoyment of the narrator is based on my listening speed. I only leave 5 stars for books I've listened to or will listen to multiple times.
