Loved the book, incorporating the advice into my own life and recommending to friends. I knew some of the info but to hear it spelled out with all the research was incredible. I was a little turned off by the constant references to evolution and evolving. The author describes all these amazing processes of the body, the properties and laws governing the earth. Our intelligent, magnificent, creator, Jehovah who created us out of love deserves the credit for his creation. Will a pile of building materials every evolve into a house? Will a pile of metals rubber plastic ever evolve into a car? Obviously we know the answers to both. How could the incredible awe inspiring human body evolve from nothing. Not Possible, man does have a creator, oh and yes he is looking down and wants us to get great sleep.

Love the podcast and the book was also amazing. Shawn's voice is so soothing and he's funny and super smart. He backs up his statements with research so it's science based not just made up. I kept thinking that Jade would just start talking since I'm used to the podcast but it was great. How do I get the pdf of the 14 day sheet?

I’ve been listening to Sean’s podcast for a while now and finally downloaded this book. I love his voice and delivery of the chapters it’s super easy to listen to and has character to it (not monotonous). I was inspired immediately to start trying some of the sleep smarter power tips and the last two weeks since listening my sleep quantity has improved and the quality is awesome. I’ve been measuring my sleep with my FitBit so can actually see a significant difference in my sleep patterns, so awesome! I love all the scientific research and references to scientific studies. It’s awesome understanding why these things affect or improve our sleep and how it was discovered. I’d absolutely recommend this book and will be buying the paper copy to have on my shelf as a reference as well. Thanks Shawn, nicely done!!
