We Missed You!

as an invisible 75 year old woman still having hot flashes I LOVED Loved loved this. Had to add that I just manic panicked my now wispy hair dark green, shaved my wild eyebrows and ordered Zinnis big frames.

Truth of it all

This is spot on, sad but true. Thank you for shining light on a dark subject. I laughed so hard and cried a little. Can’t wait to share it with my…. You know the person you make a contract with like in a church…. Also I don’t care and it’s ok.

A disclaimer - I've loved Sam for decades so I pretty much knew I'd like this, regardless of the subject. But as a 54 year old struggling with many of the menopause issues Sam describes, I felt seen. Menopause is a little different for everyone, but you'll see something of yourself here if you're going/have gone through "the change." There's some advice - some serious, some less serious - but hearing menopause discussed so openly, frankly, and hysterically is a refreshing change. I've made it my mission to talk about menopause to normalize it. Half the world's population goes through it but we don't really talk about it and we certainly haven't been studying it. That needs to change! So listen to Sam's stories, laugh, commiserate, research, talk to your doctor, and share your true experiences with others!
