narrator is annoying but the info is good enough

narrator is annoying but the info is good enough to get through it. would definitely recommend. probably better to pick up the print copy though. book is very dense and then you don't have to deal with this Eccentric narrator

Life and Health Changing

This book was well written. The narrator spoke at a good pace. This book is easily understood by the layman. Contents of this book is life-changing, doing the simple changes to my life has brought me loss in weight, lower blood pressure and understanding that I never had about healthy living.

Informative and Inspiring

Wow!! I loved this book I sped right through it. He explains things well and it’s motivated me to start taking my circadian rhythm more seriously! Definitely recommend.

Enlightening and useful!

Regardless who you are information within this audiobook is useful for anyone looking to get a better understanding of how to find balance. The stories within the book mixed with the scientific facts presented link together very well to help guide the listener down the path of understanding of circadian rhythm living.

Learned a ton of info I can apply to my life. The narrator’s voice was quite grating, though.

Listen for your health

I was hesitant to listen at first because I didn’t think our circadian rhythms and routines could have such a negative impact on our health. But I wanted to learn more about fasting and time restricted eating so I took the plunge and I am so glad I did. Learning how we are all shift workers in some ways, makes you think about your choices and incorporate the recommendations given to improve overall function and wellbeing.

I found this book to be very informative. I struggle getting sleep. I am going to try to reduce my intake of blue light. I have already introduced intermittent fasting.

Life changing information

Since starting this book I have been incorporating these strategies into my life with great success, including weight loss. Also extremely helpful these past two weeks as I traveled to Africa for ten days and changed six time zones. People were amazed at how well this 50 year adapted to the new time both ways. Recovery time was almost none and I am extremely grateful to Dr Panda for his awesome research and for sharing it with the world.

Great material - not so great narrator

The content of this book is informative and quite interesting but the narrator's voice was absolutely awful along with his method of articulating and emphasizing the book's material.
