Great tips
So I used to struggle with staying focused and getting things done, but now, I seriously feel like I have so much more control over my time. The author's approach is really unique and refreshing. Instead of just giving generic tips, they help you understand how your own mind and body work best.
I especially loved the part about identifying your brain type. I realized I'm more of an "Owl," which explains why I'm most productive in the evenings. Now that I know this, I can schedule my most important tasks for those times. I've also been using the distraction-blocking techniques recommended in the book, and they've been a lifesaver! Overall, I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to boost their productivity and take control of their time.

Excellent resource for basic time management strategies
This book does a good job of thoroughly laying out some basic time management strategies. I will say that if you've already put a decent amount of effort into optimizing workflows and figuring out how to best spend your time, the information in this book may feel too basic and not particularly helpful. However, if you're just diving into this world, I believe this is an excellent resource to help you get started—which is why I'm giving this five stars.
I particularly appreciated that the book highlighted the importance of optimizing your health—including sleep, diet, and energy. While it couldn't go in depth on these topics (which wouldn't be expected for this type of book), it does give some helpful tips for getting started in these areas as well.

Time Management Done Right
I’ve been looking for a fresh approach to time management for a while now, as many of the systems are just no practical for my line of work.
I really liked this author’s approach to time management. It’s not just about cramming more into your day but understanding how you work best and using that to your advantage—which really hit home with me. The idea of tailoring your schedule to your energy levels is genius and made a big change in my life.
I also learned that it’s okay not to be a morning person. So instead, I started planning my tasks around the times I feel most focused. The tips on reducing distractions and balancing work with well-being was awesome.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by your to-do list, this audiobook breaks it all down into simple steps that actually work. It’s a quick listen, and you’ll walk away with real, actionable tips that help you take control of your day without feeling overwhelmed. Highly recommend it!

Some great points made
This is a great audiobook with a nice clear narration. It's done in a way that's easy to listen to and keep interested. The author makes sure to put in quite a few stories to put the information into context or to introduce it before elaborating more on the idea. A good balance between ideas and reasons for them being valuable and quotes and examples from other people's experiences.

Amazing breakdown of how productivity varies amongst different people
The line in this book that I feel fully summarizes this book is "Productivity does not have "one-size-fit-all" conditions." I love that the book breaks down how different minds will be productive during different times of the day and that it is okay if your schedule of productivity does not align with the "status quo." It breaks down different patterns to help you identify which one may align to the way you work the best.
