Helps with calming you down

This is such a cool diet. I had no idea there was a way to detox from cortisol until I found this book. If you are needing a way to destress, then I'd check out this book if I were you.

can help lower stress and improve health

I recently listened to this audio book and found it to be an interesting approach to managing stress and improving overall well-being. The audiobook dives into how cortisol impacts our bodies and how certain lifestyle changes, like adjusting sleep and diet, can help lower stress and improve health. The narrator does a great job of keeping things clear and engaging, making even the scientific parts easy to follow.

The Cortisol Diet by Bridget Blanton was a fantastic audiobook worth listening to. Bridget approached dieting with a cortisol detox energetically and positively. Her steps were natural and straightforward. She explained what cortisol was and how it affects us. She clarified the distinction between the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems and their impact on dietary habits. It was essential to have a routine of sleeping at the same time daily to control our circadian rhythm, and intermittent fasting was beneficial for our cortisol, sugar levels, and metabolism. She gave us the pros and cons of intermittent fasting, the importance of moving daily, and not paying attention to the scale. She provided us with foods that would harmonize our blood sugar levels and control our cortisol levels, along with numerous other exciting steps and techniques that were simple and not typically thought of. I enjoyed all the beneficial guides she gave us. I recommend this audio to anyone wanting to be healthy.
