Dealing with anxiety

I found this to be a very enlightening listen. The stories and suggestions on how to handle anxiety really struck a chord with me. It’s nice to know that I’m not alone and anxiety is very common.

The author, Sujith K. Thomas, presented the topic in a very thoughtful way. I think the ideas presented will be quite helpful.

AJ Dukette’s narration was very easy to listen to. A nice presentation.

Wow, very helpful!

I received a copy of this book free of charge in exchange for an honest review.

Ok so a few things.

First, I really relate to many of the stories here, which helped me engage even more. For me to be open to input I generally need to feel that the person “gets” me. And I feel the author largely does.

Second, I was actually surprised by a few of the steps. I few of them were things I’ve heard before but stated in a new and more helpful way. But the ones I haven’t heard about before? Looking forward to those the most.

The short listen time actually works to the book’s favor because it’s easy to listen to the whole thing without dedicating tons of time.

Overall good for people who struggle with diagnosed or even undiagnosed anxiety and similar struggles.

awesome 👍

This is a great book. I really enjoyed trying the techniques to lower anxiety. The narration was smooth and pleasant to listen to. The author interspersed his practical suggestions with interesting true life stories. I listened to it carefully and enjoyed putting what I learned into practice. I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an unbiased review.
