Jam packed with self realization
It’s too easy to find yourself unhappy without even realizing it. I found it super helpful with this book starting off and breaking down the facts that most of the world is stressed out and focused on the wrong things.
That foundation allowed me to take a ton from the rest of the book and I feel a lot more prepared to be intentional about my happiness and taking care of myself!

Everyone is simply amazing!
At first blush, this is a book written for women by a woman. As you get into the material, the author's expertise as a life coach comes shining through and you soon realize that the information and advice given actually works for anyone, female, male or in-between. There is even a very helpful section dealing with teens. This book is not only great to listen to, it would also make a great gift to anyone struggling with self esteem issues or has a teenager struggling with peer pressure or body shaming.

Great for listening to in the car

Great success habits to implement
This book has a wealth of knowledge on how to implement doable habits to make you more successful while also talking about the theology behind successful habits.
