I got many conductive ideas from this audible.

Having suffered social anxiety since I was a child I have found this audio book really helpful. The audio book is easy to follow and the exercises are not onerous.

A great learning audible

I know how to deal with anxious thoughts and feelings, and I know how to feel the fear and do it anyway It does take work but it's worth it. You will find your life changing steadily over weeks and months as you practise the exercises.
