Important steps
This book is so on point. The author has written some really good and practical points on how to overcome your problem.Trying to overcome the everyday stressed and depression is something very difficult. In reality it is one of the most difficult tasks someone could ever face. Helpful suggestions and tips are much needed and welcomed.

Great counseling!
This book is enormously helpful in explaining how the brain works to create depression. It gives clear explanations and instructions for meditations and other exercises to remain in control of your mental health. I've had mild depression throughout my life and always been drawn to the idea of mindfulness and breaking away from habits of everyday life.

This counseling book allowed me to identify the things that’s slowing me down. I gained strategies and techniques in how to address this problem.
