Great Tips
Though the whole book as high, I much enjoyed the section on optimism. How optimistic you are about life has a huge impact. Your sense of confidence is more predictive of your success than your intelligence. Giving someone optimism is crucial.

It is very interesting
The information contained within this book is really interesting - the narrator is very hard to listen to! I find it somewhat ironic that a book about emotional intelligence is being listen by someone that I HONESTLY have difficulty in distinguishing from a computer generated voice. In fact, I allowed a friend of mine to listen for a minute and he was certain it was a computer.

Helpful and Extremely Clear!
This is such an important thing that is often overlooked. It is one of the better self help books. Like most it brings different thoughts to how to better work with people. This book may help you recognize my own areas of needed growth. I like the content in the book and the way the author explains the topics, I will recommend this book to everyone one.
