Easy and quick book To listen

In this book you will find great advice on how to be happy in every aspect of your life. You will learn that happiness is a choice. You have to choose to be happy. Your will learn that having a positive attitude towards live has a lot to do with it. I recommend this book to anybody who went to be better and happier.you have to grab one.

excellent guide

There are so many things to being happy and this book explains you just what is important in being happy 24/7. The author gets deep into being positive and explaining how important your body being in shape is. I thought the chapter on maintaining relationships with people was awesome. It also explain how being grateful is the step toward your happiness. Recommended if you want to be happy finally! Pick it up!

Acknowledging to myself that I was depressed was the first step to my healing. I started listening to self help audio books and videos because I don't like to read much. This book is helping me big time and the second book, Charisma is also equipping me how to unleash my hidden natural charm. :) Thank you.

excellent book

This book sums up very practical, down to earth advice on how to be happy. The main point that came across to me is that happiness is a choice and as such depends on how the individual chooses to act or react to the events of daily life. Simple advice...but not so simple to act out on a daily basis.highly recommended.

great happier guide

The steps in this book introduce people on how to build happiness into their lives. The author will present to you on how to open your surroundings and be grateful for the things you already own and cherish. Each chapter focus on different subjects from nutrition to relationships that will benefit in happiness. The book is simple to understand and gives the perfect tools to achieve that happy state.

NATURALL GUIDE

I have struggled with depression for decades. This book has literally changed my life - no hyperbole here. I believe that the Vitamin D has been the key for me. Starting with the renewed energy /outlook, I was then able to follow the other steps in the book. I recommend this book highly .......
